Rory is an ex-racing greyhound who is house trained, neutered, inoculated and microchipped. He's recently had a dental where 4 back teeth were removed, however, it was found he had 2 additional teeth to the norm amount as well.
Rory walks nicely on the lead, has a lovely nature and is okay with other breeds of dogs, ignores the cats he sees out and about travels well in a car.

Went to his forever home with Mojo on Sunday 29th May 2016

Rory's Diary
12th March 2016
Rory arrived this afternoon, was introduced to our greyhounds one at a time in the garden then allowed in the kitchen to settle quietly and get used to his new foster home.
15th March 2016
With Rory's previous owner/trainer saying Rory ignored cats when he saw them on his walks we decided to get him cat tested. This lunch time we took him to a friend who has some cats to see how he reacted with them. Although not ignoring them nor trying to get to them, he looked with a bit too much interest for comfort. It was decided he could be cat trainable with someone who knew what they were doing and with time, but we wouldn't re-home him with a cat unless the people were really keen and knew that it may not be as easy as some.
He enjoyed his trip out in the van with Bonnie and Ebbie who were also being cat tested and he was ready for his dinner when we arrived back home.
19th March 2016
This morning Rory went to the vets for a routine check-up and to have his 1st inoculation because he came with no vacination paperwork. He wasn't overly impressed about having the inoculation and it needed two people to administer it, he also needs a dental so a date was arranged for that to take place.
4th April 2016
This morning Rory went to the vets for his second inoculation and his dental. This time he wasn't overly bothered about having his inoculation and all went well with his dental. He had 4 back teeth removed, but in doing this the vets discovered he had 2 additional teeth in his mouth over and above the number he should have.
