Sadly Dolly passed away on the 10th August 2009
as a result of Peritonitis.

Sadly May passed away on the 23rd May 2009 following
the diagnosis of a tumour on her lower spine.

In loving memory of May whose beautiful sweet nature
will be sorely missed. Let the angels be with you as you run
round the grounds of Furness Abbey, free as the wind and
no longer in pain. Cuddles and companionship may be no more

Sadly Katie passed away on the 22nd April 2009 from old age.

Sadly Jack passed away on Tuesday 3rd February 2009
from internal bleeding 2½ weeks after his operation to remove
both a testicle with a tumor and an ovary found inside him.

Although we didn't foster Jack, he was Dixie's father
and companion to Tina, so we thought it fitting we
should be remembered here. Sadly Jack passed away on
Monday 19th January 2009 following the diagnosis and
a short illness of bone cancer in his hind leg.

Sadly Izzy passed away on Tuesday 16th December 2008
following the diagnosis of a cancerous growth on her hind leg.

Died: 16th December 2008
(Age: 11 years 1 month old)

Everyone will miss you gentle Izzy including your favourite cat
who loved to cuddle up with you and the chickens will wonder
why you no longer lay amongst them in the paddock.
Rest in peace little Izzy and watch over them from above.

Sadly Tina passed away on Monday 15th October 2007
following the diagnosis of a cancerous mass in her chest.

Your gentle, sweet nature Tina was apparent from the start
and you won Jack's heart from the moment you met. He
will miss your love and companionship darling Tina as
will we all - Go with God and rest in peace little angel.

Sadly Penny passed away in the early hours of Monday the 16th February 2004. She had been visably ill since the Thursday and deteriorated daily until she passed away from liver failure.

You gave us 200% love, affection and loyalty and
our tribute to you is this web site. Without you our darling Penny
we wouldn't have considered fostering or the helping of others.
Loosing you darling Penny has left a void in our hearts because we lost our best friend. May the angels be with you for we shall love you forever.

IN MEMORIUM

Sadly George passed away on the 28th July 1997 as he was coming
round from the anasthetic following an operation to remove the
infection in his chest caused by debris that was lodged there. The
vet believed he may have suffered from pneumonia or other serious
illness at some time, which he managed to recover from but it left
his heart weak. He had been with us just 3½ months.
